NREP is now looking for an Asset Management Trainee to be a part of their Residential Asset Management team in summer 2021! As a trainee you will be helping NREP’s Asset Managers with their operational and administrative tasks. For example, you will get to support letting with preparing lease agreements, rent collection and customer service, help the team with marketing and communication to new and existing customers, perform analysis from monthly occupancy reports as well as assist in processes related to property transactions and/or apartment sales including
communication with banks, brokers and housing managers. In addition, you have always the end-customer in mind and actively consider how we can make their everyday life better. Active asset management and real estate development is an integral and valued part of the NREP business concept where you will get the opportunity to gain valuable professional growth.The role requires good interaction skills and professionalism, because you are working with the stakeholder interface. Besides that you need to have an independent and aspiring working style. We hope you have relevant studies ongoing, and we value a good academic success. However, the most important factor here is that you are enthusiastic about the real estate market and residential properties combined with readiness to learn!
You can start working either full-time or part-time besides your studies in April or May, and full-time during the summer (June-August). NREP's office is located right in the center of Helsinki and we hope that you will be able to work mainly at the office, however some remote days are also possible. In this position you will be employed as aTalent employee at NREP.
Your background and skills:
University studies from a relevant field (business or technical)
Analytical mind-set and you get well along with Excel
Genuine interest in asset management and real estate
Fluent written and spoken Finnish and English skills
We consider as an asset:
Previous related work experience and knowledge about real estate market or residential properties is seen as advantage but is not a requirement
