In 2018 NREP was ranked the most consistently performing real estate investment manager Globally by Preqin. NREP has the largest real estate investment team in the Nordics with over 200 professionals and offices in Copenhagen, Stockholm, Helsinki, and Oslo. NREP actively develops and manages its assets in close cooperation with its stakeholders. To support this, NREP has a strong in-house asset management team and development capabilities in each of its core markets and is now seeking to further strengthen its Finnish team.
NREP is looking for a part-time Junior Asset Manager to join the team in Helsinki. Your tasks will be diversified and you will be supporting the team in asset management, real estate development projects, and real estate transactions. Examples of your responsibilities include preparing and assisting with different agreements, conducting analysis to support development projects, and communicating with our internal and external stakeholders. In addition, you will be responsible of some administrative tasks, for example updating information about assets and lease agreements to bookkeeping.
As an ideal candidate you have completed at least 2 years of relevant university studies, such as real estate economics, finance, accounting, or similar. The working hours can be adapted to your ongoing studies (minimum required working time is 15 hours per week). To succeed as a Junior Asset Manager you have an ambitious and analytical mindset with willingness to act as a team player and accept responsibility.

Your background and skills:
- You have completed at least 2 years of relevant university-level studies
- Basic understanding of the real estate market and real estate business
- Good skills with Excel and PowerPoint as well as fluent written and spoken English and Finnish
- Working experience besides studies from the real estate sector is seen as an advantage
