DESCRIPTION:WHAT: Finland vs. Sweden watch party\nWHERE: The Meeting Room (Neukkari)\nWHEN: Feb 13th at 1 PM\nFOR WHOM: All Boomi members and exchange students!\nPRICE: Absolutely nothing! \nIt is time to dig out your blue and white gear and get those wrists warmed up\, as the most exciting and loudest moment of the academic day is about to begin. \nOn Monday\, February 13th at 1:00 PM\, the Bola meeting room will transform into an official fan zone. It is Finland vs. Sweden – our dear neighbors with whom we have shared not only history but also countless bitter defeats and even sweeter victories. \nThis is Olympic-level ice hockey\, so the stakes are significantly higher than in a regular lecture or exam hall. In this match\, we are not looking for credits or filling out tutor applications; instead\, we are waiting for the back of the net to bulge and following the performance of Finland’s stars with tongues firmly in cheeks. \nYou are more than welcome to arrive in fan jerseys\, and showing your emotions is highly encouraged – as long as you remember that someone behind the walls of Bola might still be trying to focus on cramming for an exam or engaging in a heated debate over coffee. \nWelcome to share the thrill\, cheer out loud\, and perhaps psych out the supporters of our neighboring country just a little bit. The credits for the autumn have already been handed out\, but the Olympic gold is still up for grabs. \nLet’s keep the event safe and free from harassment.
