Do you have a usable dress hanging in your closet that you’d like to get rid of easily? We now have a handy solution for all of this: Boomi’s new Dress Flea Market!  \nRead briefly below how it works. More detailed rules can be found at the end!  \nFor the Seller: Bring the dress you want to sell (in good condition) to the person on duty in Bola starting Jan 30\, or bring it directly to the flea market. Fill out the electronic form and attach a tag to the dress with the requested info. The dress will be stored and set out for display by the organizers on the market day. During the market\, organizers will watch over the dresses and the fittings\, so you can leave your dress there without worry. If a suitable buyer is found\, they can pay the price via MobilePay and take the dress immediately!  \nFor the Buyer: Pop by Neukkari on Wednesday or Thursday between 10 AM and 4 PM to admire the dresses on sale. You can try them on in the sauna dressing room\, and organizers will be there to lend a helping hand. If you find the perfect dress\, pay the requested price to the seller and take the dress with you right away!  \nNote! Boomi or the Annual Ball Committee (vujuTMK) will not compensate for potential misuse\, lost\, or damaged dresses. Let’s respect other people’s property and the market rules. Let’s make more responsible choices together!  \n  \nDetailed instructions and rules for the Flea Market:  \nIf you participate in the Dress Flea Market as a buyer or a seller\, you agree to the following rules.  \nSeller:  \n\nEnsure that you only bring usable and clean dresses or accessories. We warmly welcome you to join us in the most esteemed celebration of the year. \nThis year\, Boomi’s 58th annual ball will take place on Friday\, February 27th\, 2026\, in the splendid surroundings of Scandic Hotel Rosendahl. Doors open at 17:30\, and at 18:00\, we will raise a toast to begin the night. Throughout the evening\, a delightful three-course dinner will be served\, and together\, we will enjoy impactful speeches while honoring hard-working boomari’s for their years of contribution. \nFollowing the dinner and various speeches\, we invite guests to the dance floor\, where they can revel in captivating music and excellent company. The evening will conclude with unforgettable after-party festivities at Nightclub Joselin’s. \nThe day for invited guests begins with a cocktail party at Aleksanterinpuisto. Doors open for guests at 2:45 p.m.\, and the event begins at 3:00 p.m. Invitations to the cocktail party are personal\, and we warmly welcome invited guests’ +1s to the evening celebration. \nThe following day marks the pinnacle of the annual celebration\, with the traditional Sillis on Saturday! Leave behind your everyday worries as formal attire gives way to overalls\, and we embark on the buses headed for the mysterious destination x. Instead of formal wear\, guests can dress in overalls and board the buses towards the undisclosed location\, where the fatigue of the annual celebration week gives way to a lively Sillis! \nWe warmly welcome you to join us in celebrating the most significant event of the year! \nJust like every other Boomi’s event\, let’s keep the annual ball safe and free from harassment as well.
