Has the beginning of the year felt surprisingly long? Body and mind feeling stuck, and thoughts not flowing quite right? Come release early-year stress and recharge your energy for what’s ahead.

This yoga class focuses on gently awakening the body and deep relaxation. The session begins with a calm sun salutation to bring in just the right amount of energy and ease the body into movement. After that, we move into resting and stretching yin-yoga poses, where you can pause and simply just be. The soothing sounds of the gong and singing bowls create an atmosphere where everyday noise fades into the background and relaxation happens almost effortlessly.

In the final relaxation, you’ll be guided through a manifestation practice, “The Best Version of Me,” shifting your focus toward your inner strengths and resources. After the class, you’ll feel calmer, clearer, and more relaxed in both body and mind. There’s no better way to start the day.

The class is suitable for all levels, and no previous experience is required. Especially for you if you’re longing for a small breathing space in the middle of everyday life. <3
