All first-year students will get divided into smaller tutor groups, which will help you find friends and become a part of the Boomi community. Your tutors will contact you personally by mid August. If you haven’t heard from anyone by then, contact Boomi’s educational policy representative, Joonas Flink (kopo(at)boomi.fi). It is possible that your name has gotten lost in the correspondance between the university and Boomi. If you are postponing your studies or decide not to accept your spot, please notify our educational policy representative.

For general questions about studies, you can turn to your tutors. If you haven’t been assigned to a tutor group or if your tutors aren’t able to answer your questions, you can turn toward our educational policy representative. You can also contact any Board member at Boomi, and they’ll be able to help you forward. To contact the entire Board, you can email hallitus(at)boomi.fi. The members of the Board are also students at Boomi who are eager to help you with any issue, no matter how big or small!
The orientation at Boomi is called Smurffiviikot. During this three week orientation you’ll be immersed in events, studies and getting to know Boomi and other students.
