Do you remember what a freshly fried doughnut at your grandma’s tasted like? Or that first glass of homemade sima, with raisins dancing at the bottom?

We’re going back to our roots. The menu features dishes that honor the land beneath our feet and the childhood memories we carry in our hearts. We’ve taken a peek into old recipe books and drawn inspiration from nature coming back to life.
