Boomi’s Wellbeing Week

Boomi’s Wellbeing Week is back to brighten up the rainy and grey autumn days! During the week, Boomarees will have the chance to go on a rooftop climbing adventure, swim and enjoy the sauna, go wild at a trampoline park, and take part in the legendary “City Battle game” together with Staabi and Iltakoulu. You can also challenge your friends in FIFA, show off your skills in a badminton tournament at Atalpa, or join a group jog. Come recharge your energy and have fun together!

Ticket sales open on Friday, October 31 at 12:00.

NOTE: Registration for the FIFA and badminton tournaments will take place separately on Kide.app on Wednesday, October 29. Participation in these tournaments is free of charge. Registration for the FIFA tournament opens at 12:00 and for the badminton tournament at 13:00.

Rooftop Climbing in Kauppi 12:30–14:30
Looking for a bit of adventure this gloomy November? Come test your climbing skills at the indoor adventure park in Kauppi Sports Center (3rd floor, above Trampolin Park and the climbing gym).
The park has over 70 different courses of varying difficulty, so there’s something for everyone! You’ll have two hours to explore and enjoy.  Ticket price: €6/person.

TUESDAY 11 November

Morning Yoga at OmYoga 9–10
Start your Tuesday with relaxing and popular hot yoga! Hot yoga is said to have numerous positive health effects — improving metabolism, digestion, skin health, and circulation, while also relieving stress. Bring your water bottle and come enjoy some warmth and gentle movement!
The class takes place at the lovely Om Yoga Studio, just around the corner from the university (Varastokatu 3 B, 33100 Tampere). Ticket price: €4/person.

You can also purchase a discounted student 10-class pass at the event!

Snacks & Coloring Break 13–15
Take a relaxing break from your studies at Bola — enjoy some snacks and coloring! Free event.

Art & Wine 16–18

Boomi’s Morning Jog 8–9
Need an active start to your day? Join Boomi’s morning run from Bola to Kuuma!

Sauna & Breakfast at Saunaravintola Kuuma 9–10:30
Start your day with a hot sauna, refreshing swim, and a delicious breakfast — all in one place at Saunaravintola Kuuma! Ticket price: €9/person.

Please note that tickets for the men’s and women’s saunas are sold separately based on the locker room capacity. Choose the correct ticket type for yourself.

THURSDAY 13 November

Berttis’ Sewing Session 12–16
Time to attach those overall patches and memories from the autumn! Bring your student overalls to Klubi — the Berttakerho will help you out. Free event.

Trampoline Park Rush 14–16
On Thursday, we’ll jump into good vibes together at Rush Trampoline Park! Rush offers amazing facilities for fun — trampolines, slides, and plenty of activities. The place looks awesome, and it’s even more fun to experience it yourself!

Important info before you arrive:

Bring trampoline socks, comfortable sportswear, and a water bottle. Regular grip socks are not suitable. Trampoline socks can be purchased on-site for €4.
Lockers are available (bring your own padlock or buy one at the park). Free parking outside.
Arrive 20 minutes before your jumping time to check in, change, and watch the mandatory safety video before the fun begins.

Christmas Card Making Workshop 13–16
A cozy crafting session organized by the Student Tutors at Bola! Come catch some Christmas spirit, listen to holiday tunes, and make a cheerful card for your grandma or a friend. Free event.

“City Battle Game” at Varala Sports Institute with Staabi & Iltakoulu 18:30–20:30
When was the last time you played the legendary “City Battle Game”? Now’s your chance! Boomi, Staabi, and Iltakoulu will face off just like in the good old school days. Gather your team, plan your strategy, and come have fun with students across disciplines!
