As the long winter starts to fade away, and even though the threat of a late winter looms, it won’t stop the Finnish tradition of opening the grilling season. Do grilled delights taste better amidst the hustle and bustle of Vappu? Do you also feel like enjoying a sauna in good company to celebrate? Come find out at the Grill & Chill event! The grill will surely have something to offer for every taste, and dietary preferences will be accommodated – there will be plenty of plant-based options available, for example. So, come join us for the most relaxing Wednesday in Vappu and let’s kick off the long-awaited grilling season together.
The grills will be hot starting from 5:00 PM, and the laid-back atmosphere as well as sauna will continue for several hours, but will wrap up by 10:00 PM. If you’re an experienced grill master, this event is made just for you. While alcohol won’t be served at the event, you’re free to bring your own along a sauna beer or two if you wish. However, the intention is to spend a relaxed and peaceful evening together as a counterbalance to the lively Vappu celebrations.
The event is included in Boomi’s Vappu pass.
