HOW TO PARTICIPATE: Ticket sales start on Tuesday, January 13, 2025, at 12:00 On Kide.app: https://kide.app/events/0431cea8-e667-4bcb-8bf9-c9df07d2748b . You can purchase 1–2 tickets per person. After purchasing a ticket, your Boomi membership will be verified, so make sure you’ve paid your membership fee.
Eager to hit the slopes? Don’t worry, because Boomi’s traditional winter trip to Himos is back at the beginning of the year. Pack your skis, sleds, and a big mug for mint hot chocolate, and hop on the bus on January 28th. The trip takes you to Himos at the best time for skiing, but you’re welcome to join even if skiing isn’t your thing—there’s more to do! The trip offers authentic après-ski vibes, sausage grilling & mint hot chocolate, as well as a sauna and an outdoor hot tub. We’ll leave for Himos on Tuesday, January 28, 2025, around midday. On Thursday morning, we’ll pack ourselves and our belongings and head back toward Tampere. Detailed schedules will be updated closer to the event.

Ski lift passes and optional activity tickets will be sold after the main ticket sale. If tickets sell out, a waiting list will open on Kide.App at 12:30, where you can sign up if you don’t get a ticket. If you have a ticket but can’t attend, please notify us no later than January 26th by emailing tapahtumat@boomi.fi, and your ticket will be forwarded to someone on the waiting list. After January 26th, the waiting list will close, and you’ll be responsible for selling your ticket if you can’t attend. Refunds will not be issued. The same applies if there’s no buyer for your ticket on the waiting list. You can sell your ticket via Boomi’s ticket exchange platform. Once the waiting list has closed, changes to accommodation preferences are also no longer possible.
Accommodation will be in cabins of approximately five people. During ticket purchase, you can request up to four (4) cabin mates. However, each participant must have their own ticket. Accommodation preferences will be considered as much as possible. A dedicated Telegram group will be created for the event, and cabin assignments will be shared in the group in January.
The event is intended for Boomi members and Boomi’s exchange students.
