What do we hope for from you?
• A relevant higher education degree or you are in the final stages of your studies.
• A strong drive to deliver results and enthusiasm to work together with others.
• Fluency in English (fluency in Finnish is not required for all positions but can be beneficial).
• Previous work experience that supports the role is considered an advantage, but the most important thing is motivation and a desire to learn new things.

👉 How: Please submit your application through our recruitment system. Be sure to include your CV, cover letter, and your most recent academic transcript or degree certificate. We are especially interested to hear why you are excited about the Trainee position you are applying for.
💬 Interviews: In the first stage, selected candidates will be invited to record short answers to video interview questions. In the second stage, we will meet selected candidates for a formal interview. Before the interviews, we will also ask you to complete a short suitability assessment for the position. Interviews are tentatively scheduled for weeks 39–40, but we will begin interviews during the application period.
