The summer job search has already begun, and by early in the year, job postings and applications will come in a flurry. To avoid tears while perfecting your LinkedIn and CV, and to boost your chances of landing your dream job using hidden job searches, kylli is organizing a Career Night for business students on January 13 at 5 PM @ Klubi 57.

The event includes job application workshops and CV photography – you can pick the most helpful ones for you and level up your summer job hunt. Pizza will also be served!

5:00–5:30 PM: CV photography

5:30–6:30 PM: Hidden job search workshop

6:30–6:45 PM: CV photography

6:45–7:30 PM: LinkedIn and CV workshop

A great profile picture can make a huge difference on your CV and LinkedIn. Between the workshops, take advantage of the chance to get a new, stunning LinkedIn profile picture that will also enhance your CV!

HIDDEN JOB SEARCH WORKSHOP

This workshop is held in Finnish and requires Finnish skills. You are of course welcome to listen and learn Finnish! Dive into the world of hidden job searches, which account for up to 80% of all jobs. What are they? Why do they exist? Where can you find them? How do you apply for them? This workshop will show you how this can be a winning strategy.

LINKEDIN AND CV WORKSHOP

This workshop is held in Finnish and requires Finnish skills. You are of course welcome to listen and learn Finnish! After this workshop, your LinkedIn profile and CV will inspire envy in other applicants and admiration from recruiters. Learn how to create an effective and attractive LinkedIn profile and get tips for using it. We’ll also cover common CV mistakes and how to stand out. Whether your profile and CV are still at the starting line or could just use some polishing, this workshop is for you.
