We are seeking a Marketing Trainee to assist our Brand Marketing team in delivering compelling marketing communications across various channels. Your role
As a marketing trainee, you’ll have the opportunity to take on diverse tasks, from supporting content production for various platforms and participating in video and campaign asset productions to handling localisations for marketing materials with both external and internal stakeholders. You’ll be instrumental in planning and producing marketing materials, creating engaging social media content, handling social media community management, and coordinating brand-related productions. Additionally, you’ll play a key role in assisting with administrative tasks, contributing to brainstorming sessions, and supporting our marketing team in daily operations, including documentation, website updates, social media and digital campaigns, and other project-based tasks.
Qualifications:
- Ongoing or recently completed studies in Marketing, Communications, Media, Business or a related field.
- A strong interest in brand marketing, content creation, and social media.
- Basic understanding of social media platforms (Instagram, LinkedIn, Facebook) and content marketing principles.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English
- Proactive with a “get it done” mentality, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple tasks effectively.
- Familiarity with design tools (ideally Adobe Creative Suite) or social media scheduling tools is a bonus. Office 356 software such as Powerpoint and Excel.

This is a fixed-term position from the beginning of the year 2025 until the end of August 2025. As experts in modern workplaces, we value hybrid work and encourage in-office collaboration for a few days each week in our Tampere headquarters.
